Mark Sterling to corner World Champion Channing Thomas at Limitless Wrestling's No Debate

By Josh Nason

In a shocking turn of events, “Smart” Mark Sterling will make his return to Limitless Wrestling at this Saturday’s No Debate to corner World Champion Channing Thomas.

Sterling will replace Sidney Bakabella who was suspended for the month of May by Limitless management due to his continued interference in Thomas’ title defenses.

Thomas will defend the title against a mystery opponent this Saturday at the Yarmouth (Maine) AmVets “Arena” with a 7:30 PM bell time. Less than 20 tickets remain as of Thursday night and the show will air live on IWTV for subscribers or for a single purchase PPV — a brand new option for this event.

After dispatching former champion Alec Price at last month’s Guilty Pleasures, Thomas will be in pursuit of his sixth title defense and thirteenth straight victory. He hasn’t been silent about considering himself the greatest LW Champion in company history, drawing the ire of former two-time titleholder Anthony Greene and current Let’s Wrestle Champion BRG among them.

Sterling was last seen in a losing effort to Troy Nelson and CPA in a three-way April 2023 match that marked Nelson’s retirement. An LW competitor 12 times before, this will be a first for him…so what does he have up his well-tailored sleeve?

But who will he face this Saturday? Bakabella had been working on a former champion from New York, but there’s been no confirmation as to who it could be. Austin? Rock? Undertaker? Triple H? Mike Tyson? The possibilites are endless.

You can find out by being there in person or by watching on IWTV with all your friends.
