Anything goes Limitless World title three-way set for Reasonable Doubt
Ace Romero will put up his Limitless Wrestling World title in a three-way anything goes match at this month’s Reasonable Doubt.
Romero will defend against two former title challengers in Big Beef and Rip Byson, both of which are looking for their first taste of LW gold.
The event is set for Saturday, March 25th at the AmVets in Yarmouth, Maine. Under 70 tickets remain and the event will stream on IWTV for those unable to attend live.
The match was made at January’s Hard to Handle after Beef picked up a win over Andy Brown. Romero came out to confront Beef after the two crossed paths with an intense staredown at October’s Fresh Blood III. That brought out Byson who has also been in pursuit of another title shot.
As the three argued, Romero had enough and threw out the challenge for the three-way match under anything goes rules, increasing the intensity and physicality level of a match that was already going to be intense.
Romero will roll into Yarmouth on a six-match winning streak and will be looking the fourth defense of the title he won at last September’s Chasing Forever. Beef has won three straight with his last lost coming at the hands of Romero while Byson has won five straight.
Romero and Byson have squared off four times in their Limitless past with Romero getting the best of him every time. Romero and Beef have shared the ring once with Romero besting Beef in the opening round of the 2022 Vacationland Cup while Beef and Byson have had their own battles, one of which was in a strap match.
