Jordan Oliver vs. Channing Thomas set for Limitless Wrestling's Crunch Time
By Josh Nason
For the first time since January 2019, Jordan Oliver will return to Limitless Wrestling as part of this Saturday’s Crunch Time.
The event will take place at the AmVets in Yarmouth, Maine, at 7:30 PM Eastern. Less than 60 tickets remain as yet another sellout looms. As always, the show will stream live for IWTV subscribers for those who can’t attend in person.
Oliver’s lone Limitless match was as part of a six-way that also included former NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale and former Impact X-Division Champion Ace Austin at January 2019’s Snakebitten.
Since then, Oliver has had a run in MLW and been a major force in GCW. Oliver also has NJPW in his sights as he & Nick Wayne will team up there soon.
But Oliver won’t have a soft landing for his return as he takes on Channing Thomas. he of the five-match unbeaten streak in Limitless. The last of those came in an important spot: a Vacationland Cup qualifying win over Dezmond Cole at May’s Winds of Change.
With Thomas’ slot in the annual tournament for a title shot secure, what will be his mindset going into this weekend? As always, what does Thomas’ manager Sidney Bakabella have up his sleeve to keep his charge focused on the VLC and how will Oliver counteract the exiled WWF Hall of Famer?
Be there and find out.
