Let's Wrestle title match to headline November 5th Eric Johnson fundraiser show

By Josh Nason

Mac Daniels will finally have to defend his Let’s Wrestle title in a Let’s Wrestle ring at Saturday’s Limitless/Let’s Wrestle fundraiser show for Eric Johnson.

The Saturday, November 5th event is set for the Indoor Yard Sale in Brewer, Maine, with all proceeds going toward “The Maine Mutant Mastodon” as he recovers from a quad tear that required surgery.

Daniels will defend against Champ Mathews, a Maine wrestling mainstay who has also made his name outside the borders of the 207. Mathews has taken to calling the champion “Snack Daniels” in a show of confidence ahead of Daniels’ first title defense since a win over MORTAR at Limitless’ Chasing Forever in September.

The show will also see the return of former Let’s Wrestle Champion “The Masshole” Mike McCarthy as he takes on Channing Thomas.

Other matches include MSP vs. Dylan Nix & Levi Spade (with Drake Lovecraft), Dave Dyer against Malik Logan; MORTAR & Maine wrestling legend Adam Booker teaming up against The Syndicate (Owen Brody & BA Tatum); and the first-ever Joey Gleitz Memorial Rumble.

Nix, Spade and Lovecraft jumped MSP this week, raising the stakes and intensity for their match.

Also, Johnson’s former tag team partner and former Let’s Wrestle Tag Team Champion Brandino Davis will also be in the house to honor his friend.

General admission tickets are available for just $15 and go toward a great cause.
