WorkHorsemen vs. Above The Rest confirmed for Dirty Laundry
By Josh Nason
A rivalry that was born on social media will now play out in Limitless Wrestling as The WorkHorsemen and Above The Rest will clash for the first time ever at December’s Dirty Laundry.
The show is set for Saturday, December 3rd in Yarmouth, Maine — also streaming live on IWTV. Tickets are on sale now and moving fast for LW’s final Maine show of 2022.
ATR’s Gabriel Skye & Tristan Thai made their LW debuts at September’s Chasing Forever, taking a hard-fought loss to the Shook Crew while the WorkHorsemen (JD Drake & Anthony Henry) have been Limitless mainstays since January 2018. After 11 months away, the team returned at October’s Fresh Blood and defeated the Shook Crew.
It started with a fan replying to a Limitless tweet in early-October about who they would want ATR to face next. After they suggested Drake & Henry, Drake replied, asking if the fan was trying to end ATR’s careers early and it was on from there. The two teams have been individually calling each other out since then with Drake delivering this scathing video to help set the stage for December 3rd.
This rivalry is just one of the featured bouts set for Saturday, December 3rd:
