Andy Brown out of Fresh Blood, triple threat match announced

A change to the card has resulted in a new match being made for Limitless Wrestling’s Fresh Blood as Andy Brown was forced to withdraw from all of his weekend wrestling commitments due to COVID-19.

But that doesn’t mean Rip Byson won’t be in action Saturday in Yarmouth, Maine — live on IWTV. The promotion announced Friday that Byson will join the previously announced MORTAR vs. Covey Christ battle, making it a triple threat match instead.

The unfazed Byson said on Twitter, “I've faced both of these chuckle heads before. I'm gonna kick them in their respective noses.”

Saturday marks Christ’s first appearance in Limitless since season three of The Road in June 2021 and his first in front of live Limitless fans since a scramble match on the 2019 Vacationland Cup card. The fan favorite MORTAR is coming off a disputed loss to Let’s Wrestle Champion Mac Daniels at September’s Chasing Forever and is looking for his first singles win in Limitless under his new persona.
